- 16.00-18.00 Social Ride - on parts of the routes

- 09.00 Free Danish bread rolls and coffee for the first 200 guests at Blåvand Torv

- 09.00-17.00 Expo area is open in Blåvand Midtby

- 08.00 Start area opens - live speaker and number distribution etc.

- 09.50 National song is played and sung by everyone

- 10.00 Start - the first riders are sent off. The age groups are sent off at 2-minute intervals

- 10.15 "John & Bjarne" with Jazz for Two in the expo area.  

- 10.30 Live broadcast from the route on the city square

- 13.00 Street music - festive 3 hours of entertainment in the city by Jumping Jack`s 

- 14.30 First rider is expected at the finish line

- 17.00 Common prize-giving ceremony for all riders, both elite and age groups

- Kl. 18.30 Gravel Challenge Blåvandshuk After party with music at Biergarten - hosted by Biergarten

- 08.00 Start area opens - number distribution etc.

- 09.00 Children's bike race at Spar, Horns Bjerge 1

- 09.00 Free bread rolls at Spar, Horns Bjerge 1 - sponsored by Spar & Junge`s Bakery

- 09.00-15.00 Expo area is open in Blåvand city

- 10.00 Start of the Gravel Gourmet Experience 110 km.

- 10.05 Start of Gravel Gourmet Experience 70 km.

- 10.10 Start of the Gravel Gourmet Experience 25 km.

- 10.30 - 13.30 Live music in the city center - Anders Thorlund Solo around the city center

- 11.30 am First rider is expected at the finish line (for 25 km)
