Who can participate?
There are two different scenarios for participation in the UCI event. It depends on whether you want to try to qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championships or not.
Your goal in participating
is to have a good and challenging day on
the bike
If you are not participating to qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championships, you can register in the open class and freely choose the distance regardless of your age group.
You want to try to qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championships
If the goal of your participation is to try to qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championships in your age group, you must participate in the distance that is qualifying for your age group.
You do not need a UCI race license to qualify.
Men in the age groups between 19-59 years and women in the age groups between 19-49 years have to race the 155 km. route to qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championship.
Men in the age groups 60+ and women in the age groups 50+ have to race the 110 km. route to qualify for the UCI Gravel World Championship.
